Houses Tell Stories is an edition of artist's
books made from palm-sized jewelry
boxes.  The inside of each box shows an
image of a house, while the inside of the
box lid shows a corresponding image of
the woman who lived in the house.  

Each jewelry box houses an accordion
style pull-out booklet which includes
images and an imagined text narrative
divided into several chapters referring to
different time periods and events in the
woman’s life.
